Job Description:

We are looking for individuals with technical project management experience to plan and organise various projects, including embedded software, Web services, and developer tools. The successful candidate will join a diverse team working from Espressif office in Brno, Czech Republic, and other locations around the world.

Responsiblities:

1. Interact with the Project Manager/Software Director/Dev team to organize the various tasks needed to initiate, run and conclude projects.

2. Maintaining and monitoring project requirements, plans, and schedules.

3. Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

4. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

5. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

6. Ensuring project deadlines are met.

7. Determining project changes.

8. Providing administrative support as needed.

Job Prerequisites:

1. Excellent oral and written English skills.

2. Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment or project support experience or/and 1 year of experience with project management.

3. Experience with Gitlab & JIRA.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of common software development methodologies and lifecycles.

We are looking for a Human Resource professional to implement an array of HR programs in our newly set-up subsidiary in Brno, Czech Republic. Your assistance will be required in functions such as recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits, etc. Due to the diversity in the role, the ideal candidate will need to be competent and resourceful. Your goal is to ensure smooth and effective running of operations in the organization. 


Major Responsibilities: 

1. Employee relations 

2. Update local policies and procedures to meet business needs, improve service and cost performance 

3. Provide expert advice and ensure compliance on employment legislation 

4. Recruiting 

5. Compensation and benefits administration 

6. Office Management 

7. Responsibility for invoicing and keeping track of inside expenses 

8. Support HR administrative tasks ( eg. Payroll, relocation management, etc.) 


Basic Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree, or above in Human Resources, Psychology or Engineering. 

2. 3-7 years of experience as an experienced HR in a Czech company ( preferably with exposure to startups ). 

3. Good knowledge of local employment / labour laws, policies and procedures in Czech Republic. 

4. Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills. 

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure that programs are driven per plan. 

6. Fluent in Czech & English - both spoken and business written 

7. Self-sufficient, independent, pro-active 

8. Familiarity with the industry of Semiconductor, Wireless Communication or Internet of things is an advantage.

1. M.Tech/B. Tech in the field of VLSI/Electronics engineering.

2. Proficiency in System Verilog for RTL logic design and verification.

3. Experience in UPF based low power design flow.

4. EDA tool knowledge of Design Compiler, PrimeTime is preferred.

5. Automation skills in PERL and/or TCL and/or Shell is an added plus.

6. Team player,with good problem solving and communication skills.

Basic Qualification:

3. Experience in UPF based low power design verification.

Job Description:

1. Drive functional verification at IP/SoC level using UVM/SV test bench.

2. Work closely with design team to define comprehensive feature test plans.

3. Perform functional and code coverage for logic verification sign-off.

4. Must have worked on ARM/RISC-V CPU based designs.

5. Must have performed gate level sim at SoC level.

6. Pre and Post-silicon debug/verification experience will be a plus.
